No Longer covering 911 1st Responders
Millennium will no longer cover 911First Responders whose only coverage is Emblem/GHI health. Over 59k of us and our families live in Florida and will no longer have access to Millennium Health doctors and services. As Millennium has been been buying out many of local practices and we are unable to obtain a different healthcare due to our underlying conditions, we will be left wo healthcare. Im so disappointed in Millennium and this decision

Service, prescription refills
1. Cannot get help over phone. 2. Does not give prescriptions for anymore than 3 months, even though have been in same meds for many years with no adverse reactions. 3. Cannot make appointments within a reasonable period of time. 4. Completely uncaring staff.

Will never call back unable to get ahold of anyone even when trying to just refill a prescription. I have never encountered such poor service
Have called multiple times with no call back. Ive tried to get refills test results etc and I am totally ignored. I have never had a doctors office treat me so poorly. I spent over two weeks without one of my prescriptions because they wouldnt call it in. I finally had Walgreens deal with them. I had tests done over a week ago and was told to wait 48 hours for results and have left two messages to no avail.

1st visit was good saw nurse practitioner the next 3 visits were awful
They have you sit in the exam room for long periods of time 2 times I waited for the doctor. Today I waited 50 past my appointment time!!! They could have informed me that the doctor was behind schedule and I probably would have been ok with that so I walked out got in my car and called to let them know that I left she said ok and hung up WOW Not going back. I dont know why doctors think their time is more important than mine. This review is for the location in Atlantic Blvd near Hodges 32225

Cat Scans
On 2/8/22 I was given a prescription to get some Cat Scans done by my eye doctor. I decided to call 3 places. Radiology Regional, Lee Health, and Millennium. Radiology Regional got back to me in less than a week. Lee Health took 4 weeks and today (3/30) Millennium called.....7 weeks later. The woman who called could have cared less that it was so long. If you want radiology work go to Radiology Regional.

Not attentive
Too many patients for staff. The group I was with got bought out by them and the care is not the way it used to be. Id get better attention if I were a dog at a vet.
