Dr. Jack Clark at Millennium physicians Group on Del Prado in Cape Coral, is arrogant and rude.

At my appointment, he always wheels a keyboard in with him.

He barely looks up to ask "How are you?" This is what happened yesterday, July 15,2019.

I answered, "I'm good, wish husband was doing as well as I am, he just had rotator cuff surgery."(small talk)

A minute later he gave me a nasty look and said " I didn't understand you. I can't listen to you when I'm typing." I repeated myself, again he immediately ignored me, looked away continuing to type." Again he said your shoulder looks OK now.

I said slower, "

Husband had rotater cuff surgery, not me- I'm fine.

Then he said arrogantly-"What does that have to do with you and why are you here?"

I said "I'm here for my appointment, is that okay with you?"

Dr.Clark then said,"Don't use that tone of voice with me."

He asked if I had any swelling again.

(whenever I've had swelling he has dismissed it and said that I don't). Moving forward I said, "No I don't but I still have pain. I'd like to stop taking the gabapentin during the day because I don't feel it's helping with the pain, it knocks me out during the day.

I do take 2 at night to help me sleep and I found tramadol helps more for the joint pain. I asked him if he had had time to look at the x-rays my primary doctor had ordered and faxed to him of of my knees, feet and back. He said, "What do you mean?" I said "she asked if I had had baseline x-rays done and felt we needed those with my psoriatic arthritis, especially as I was in pain during my annual physical. He said "what's that got to do with me?" I said "I thought you'd want the x-rays since you're my rheumatologist."

At that point he ignored me then asked me if I had any swelling.

Again. I said no I'm fine.

He said I was not to use that tone of voice with him. I said "What?" He went off, started yelling "How dare you talk to me like this, who do you think you are?" I am a doctor young lady, I won't have this!

At that point I was shaking, pissed off and defensive-

"Dr. Clark, You work for me.

I'm your patient. You have no right to talk to me like this. You're being absolutely unprofessional and rude. You do not hear me.

I pay you 100.00 every 3 months and my insurance pays for your services." He ordered me out of the room and said "I'm discharging you as my patient.

I never want to see you again. Leave!" When I walked out his nurse looked at like she was horrified. When I started to leave I said to another nurse, what am I supposed to do for my prescriptions? Dr.

Clark must have been listening- he came around the corner and said I'll give the nurse the prescription for methotrexate and tramadol .

This is the third time in two years I've been to see him without my husband. He doesn't pull this with my husband when he's in the room although he's always offish and somewhat rude.

The three times I've been alone, he's been dismissive and deaf to my issues.

I had a diverticulitis attack several months ago so I mentioned that I've heard that the Sub-Q methotrexate is much better because it doesn't pass through the digestive system and would he consider changing me from the pills to the injectable. He had a fit and said he had never heard of anybody having stomach issues with methotrexate in pill form. It is one of the first adverse reactions methotrexate pills is stomach pains.

He finally agreed to put me on the sub Q methotrexate, thanks to my husband who was with me in the room.

He told Dr. Clark that I wasn't sleeping at night because of the stomach pains and that it's been ongoing and hasn't stopped.

Also Dr. Clark tells everyone that they have fibromyalgia too. I have the type of PSA that attacks my ligaments and tendons also joints, my achilles tendon, feet, hands turn beet red, swell them the skin cracks wide open and bleeds.

I have pictures that I've shown him. He has refused to change my medication or put me on a biologic because he says my insurance won't cover it. Everything must stay status quo and nobody is allowed to disagree with him.

Dr. Clark doesn't care about his patients.

He has the same questions every single visit, does the same thing- touches my upper back a little bit and that's it.

He is not fit to practice any longer. I'm speaking out because I don't want this to happen to any more of his patients suffering autoimmune diseases.

They deserve better!

I gave one star because he helped me in the beginning. Perhaps Dr Clark needs to retire.

No one should treat there patients the way he has been.
